- 01GloryPay is a financial platform created specifically for professionals and businesses operating within the adult industry. Our mission is to provide access to essential financial services that are often difficult to obtain through traditional providers. Eligible members can access services such as an IBAN account, payment cards, incoming and outgoing payments, and payment solutions tailored to the needs of the adult industry. GloryPay combines privacy, discretion, compliance, and security to help professionals and businesses manage their finances with confidence. Access to GloryPay is reserved for verified professionals and businesses operating within approved countries and subject to our onboarding and compliance requirements.

Because GloryPay is specifically designed for professionals and businesses operating within the adult industry, access to this information is restricted. Registration helps us protect the privacy of our members, maintain a secure environment, and ensure that access is limited to professionals and businesses who may be eligible to use our services. Registration is free and does not create any obligation to open an account or use GloryPay services.
- 03GloryPay is designed for professionals and businesses operating in the adult industry who often face difficulties accessing traditional banking services. We currently accept applications from:• Independent adult workers• Online creators and content creators• Escort services• Adult entertainment venues• Bars and short-stay venues linked to the adult industry• Other legal adult-related businesses and service providers All applications are subject to manual review, KYC/AML verification, and compliance approval.Applicants must legally live and operate in one of the supported countries listed by GloryPay.
- 04No, GloryPay is designed to prioritize the privacy of service providers. Your personal details, including your name, are not shared with clients. Transactions and interactions are handled securely and discreetly to ensure confidentiality for all users. This approach helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved.
- 05Yes. There are no other recurring charges, such as yearly or monthly fees. At GloryPay, we keep things simple and transparent:4% per incoming FIAT transaction – no fees on outgoing transactions0.20% base processing fee on incoming payments via payment terminal20 € Debit BankcardFree Virtual Bankcard
- 06These are required for compliance with international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. They ensure that the platform remains secure and operates within legal frameworks. Your personal details are securely stored and are never shared with clients or other users, protecting your identity and privacy.
- 07If you don’t have a bank account, don’t worry, once you start the onboarding process with GloryPay, a personal IBAN account will automatically be created for you, after review of your data.
- 08Yes, your clients remain fully anonymous when you use the payment terminals.Your personal name will not appear on their payment. Instead, only a neutral reference is shown to ensure complete discretion for both you and your clients.When you register on GloryPay, your artist name or company name becomes the holder name of the IBAN account. This is also the name that will be visible to customers when you share your IBAN account details for a manual payment transfer.
- 09No. However, you can share your IBAN details directly with your client through the share function available in the GloryPay app.
- 10No, this is not possible with the payment terminals.The amount is entered directly in the GloryPay app by you before the payment is initiated. The client cannot modify or change the amount on the terminal itself.If you wish to add a tip, you can simply enter the total amount including the tip directly in the app before processing the payment, or after the service.
- 11Terminal Payments (Card Present) Your client can pay on-site using your GloryPay terminal with: Visa or Mastercard. For businesses such as bars and short-stay venues (Hotel), GloryPay terminals accept:• Visa• Mastercard• Bancontact (Belgium)
- 12The timing depends on the payment method used: Card payments with GloryPay Terminal (Visa, Mastercard, local debit cards) When your client pays via the GloryPay terminal, the terminal immediately confirms whether the transaction is successful. The GloryPay app also displays the payment status in real time. Settlement to your bank account typically occurs the same day or within up to three banking days, depending on the client’s bank and the card network. Direct transfers from your clients to your assigned IBAN are credited instantly.
- 13Yes. You receive a fully operational IBAN account and you are free to share your IBAN details when needed. You can use your GloryPay account to:Receive standard SEPA bank transfersProvide your IBAN to trusted partners or clientsOperate like with any regular European bank account Your account functions as a normal professional bank account, while remaining aligned with GloryPay’s compliance framework. As always, you decide with whom you share your account details.
- 14GloryPay is currently available to professionals living and operating in the following countries:Belgium, France,, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Finland, Denmark and Sweden. Important:• POS / terminal payments are available in the supported EU countries listed above.• For professionals working via platforms such as OnlyFans, onboarding is only possible if you both live and work in one of the supported countries mentioned above.
- 15Yes. You can send money from your GloryPay account to other bank accounts, provided you have the recipient’s IBAN.Transfers are executed as standard SEPA bank transfers. You simply enter:The recipient’s nameThe IBANThe transfer amountAt this stage, outgoing transfers are supported exclusively to IBAN-based bank accounts.All transfers are processed within the applicable European banking framework and remain subject to standard compliance monitoring. Important Notice:The name of the recipient must exactly match the legal name of the bank account holder associated with the provided IBAN.If the name does not correspond to the actual account owner, the transfer may be:Rejected by the receiving bankReturnedDelayedOr, in certain cases, not recoverableGloryPay is not responsible for failed, delayed, or lost transactions resulting from incorrect or mismatched beneficiary details.Please always verify the recipient’s name and IBAN carefully before confirming a transfer.
- 16The activation timeline depends on the completion of the onboarding and compliance process. In general:Account approval: typically within a few business days after submitting all required documents.IBAN issuance: immediately upon approval.Card issuance (if requested): usually within several business days for delivery.Terminal setup (if applicable): delivery and activation depend on shipping and configuration, usually within a few business days. A separate terminal service agreement must be signed before the terminal can be activated. The most important factor is the accuracy and completeness of your submitted KYC information. If documentation is complete and compliant, GloryPay can be operational very quickly, even the same day.
- 17Your Exospend card (physical and virtual) functions like a standard European debit card.With your physical card, you can:Pay in shops and businesses worldwide where Visa or Mastercard is acceptedWithdraw cash from ATMsMake contactless paymentsUse it for point-of-sale purchases while travelingWith your virtual card, you can:Pay online (websites, subscriptions, platforms)Use it immediately after issuance without waiting for physical deliveryBoth cards are directly linked to your GloryPay account balance.All transactions remain subject to standard compliance monitoring, and you can track every payment in real time inside the GloryPay app.
- 18The standard transaction limits are: Minimum amount: €50Maximum amount: €3,000 per transaction If you need to process higher amounts, this is possible upon prior agreement with GloryPay and subject to compliance review. For larger transactions, we recommend contacting support@glorypay.com in advance to ensure smooth processing.
- 19Starting your GloryPay application is simple: Download the GloryPay app on Google Play Store or Apple App StoreCreate your accountComplete the onboarding process by submitting the required identification and business informationUpload the requested KYC documentsWait for compliance review and approval Once approved:Your IBAN is issuedYour account becomes operationalYou can request your physical and/or virtual cardYou can request a terminal if neededTo ensure fast approval, make sure all submitted documents are clear, valid, and complete.
- 20Yes. GloryPay supports online creators operating on platforms such as subscription-based, content-sharing, or fan-based platforms (OnlyFans, Chaturbate, ...). You can use your GloryPay IBAN to:Receive SEPA payouts from platforms that support SEPA transfersUse your physical or virtual card for daily expenses Acceptance remains subject to standard onboarding and compliance review. As long as your activity is legal and compliant within your jurisdiction, online creators are welcome to apply.
- 21Please contact our support team via support@glorypay.com.For security and compliance reasons, a new KYC verification procedure will be initiated. Once your identity has been successfully verified and approved, we will update your email address in the system
- 22We provide a professional POS terminal that allows your customers to pay easily by bankcard, whether in your studio, shop, or on location. The 9220 cost 400 EuroThe 9310 cost 300 Euro
- 23If you forgot your password, simply follow these steps: Open the GloryPay appClick on “Forgot Password” on the login screenEnter your registered email addressFollow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password For security reasons:You may be required to complete additional identity verificationReset links are time-limitedMultiple failed attempts may temporarily block access If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please contact support@glorypay.com for secure manual verification and assistance.
- 24GloryPay accounts technically support Instant SEPA transfers. However, this feature is currently not activated by default.We have chosen this approach for security and compliance reasons, as instant transfers can be misused in cases where scammers or unauthorized persons gain temporary access to an account.By not enabling Instant SEPA transfers, potential fraudulent activity or misuse can still be detected and stopped before funds leave the account.

- 26Yes. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, you may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Please note that GloryPay may be legally required to retain certain information for regulatory, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, or legal purposes. In such cases, access to your data will be restricted and the information will only be retained for the period required by law. To submit a deletion request, please contact our support team at support@glorypay.com. We will review your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable legislation.
